Cost for 22 sq meter extension

    hi all - in the process of sealing the deal on my first house. hoping to put in an extension out the back straight away. only a ground floor extension, 22 sq meters. any idea on a rough cost estimate of what to expect? want to make sure I'm not getting taken for a ride

    22x1500= €33,000 depending on spec and finishes and who you get to build it.
