I have a Linx 8 which has similar specs to that. Performance was patchy enough with Windows 8.1 and the earlier Windows 10 builds but it's been grand for the past few Windows 10 updates. 16GB storage would worry me though. My Linx 8 has 32GBs and I really wouldn't want to go any lower than that.
