cost for re skimming existing walls & ceilings

    Hi,

    can someone tell me what they consider to be fair & reasonable rates to re skim the walls & ceilings of an existing single storey 3 bed semi-detached bungalow that is to be renovated.

    i am looking for labour only rates per m/2

    all areas will be thistle bonded by others

    flat ceilings 2.5m high 108m/2
    walls (i have measured through all openings) 351m/2

    10 rooms in total:
    living room
    kitchen/dining
    3 bedrooms
    1 en suite
    bathroom
    garage/store
    hall

    the house is near to naas, co kildare
