    There's a thread on this estate but it's very old.

    What's Tara Grove Wellpark like to live in?

    Is it quiet? Are there many students/house parties? Are the houses warm/well built?

    Haven't lived there, but worked at a few houses there and no students at any of them. Mostly professionals. Seems like a reasonably nice and quiet estate

    I lived there for 3 years but that's a good while ago now. Never had any issues - the houses were fine and no issues with noise.
