    Mod's please forgive my cross post, but tomorrow Northwest MTB are hosting a round of the Connacht XC League in Union Wood.

    Cycling in general has exploded in the last few years and recently I've had a few people locally asking about mountain biking in the area, so if it's something you've been thinking about, or just fancy seeing a sporting event a bit different to the norm (and for free) pop into Union tomorrow and have a look at what it involves.

    The marshals will be more than happy to show the best spots to catch all the action, we're lucky to have a great place like Union Wood to run such an event, possibly the hardest course on the West coast.
