TT Live Services not connecting?

    I renewed my subscription to TT Live Services on Friday last but I notice that my Satnav fails to connect to the TT server despite repeated attempts to do so.
    My system is Carminat TT Live as fitted to Renault Laguna.
    Anyone else having problems connecting to server?

    Called support this morning and they told me embedded SIM card was *suspended*.
    Back to normal now.
