Garmin Forerunner 305 problem

I put the device on charge this morning after a run and the screen is now blue coloured and blank. I've tried a 'soft' reset by pressing the mode and reset buttons simultaneously and a 'hard' reset by pressing the above two buttons and the power button, to no avail.
