Hi guys, I don't know how to use boards to well so sorry if this has been asked before.
The story is I can't find a place to rent thats affordable long term.
    I have a plot of lan d.
I have found a modular bungalow that I consider suitable to live in.
Assuming I could get planing permission granted what are the rough costs associated with it. Septic tank or sewerage connection, electrical connection, water connection. Is there a cost per sq metres. .(modular home is 75m²)
I'm sure I'm leaving out lots but Typing on a tablet is killing me.
    Thankd

Will, this modular unit comply with our minimum building regulations?
Particularly Part L, insulation levels, air change rates and renewable resources.

As I said "Assuming I could get planing permission granted"
I'm going to see it on the weekend and hopefully they can supply specs.

Planning and the Building Regulations do not cross paths.
Technically you can get planning for a house that doesn't comply.

As you say, best to find out before any money gets handed over.

Very interesting. I'll have to find out if manufacturer certifies them. Cheers
