    Got new Debit card have to actived it but can't because, the ATM Machine in O'Connell street is OUT OF SERVICE, can only use BANK of IRELAND machines to ativated this card. 

    Question: when does bank of ireland staff start working  to fix this machines.

    Can you confirm if your query relates to our ATM at O' Connell street Limerick or Dublin and we can check it's status? Also, just to mention, you can activate your Visa Debit card at any ATM by requesting a cash withdrawal.
