    They are really trying aren't they? Sounds good if they can pull it off. The future "halo" Phaeton EV might also temp the TDi folk to check out those strange electric yokes.

    I just wonder if some of it is publicity sake. After the "diesel gate", it's the company trying manage their image.
    The 500km is very doable but the FCharging in 15 mins is something else.

    Let's deflect from this dieselgate thing by pulling some more numbers out of our ass. But this time it'll be for EVs.

    No doubt it will be a U.S only compliance vehicle.

    The problem with VW is they're trying to reinvent the wheel, they're trying to push 600 volts. While as good as it sounds it means all the fast chargers would have to be upgraded. Though I'm sure they'll charge from the existing chargers.

    The 2nd problem is EV makers need more models, not just one small car.
