Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Cat Minder Dublin 7

Hello, I live in the Navan Road area of Dublin 7, next to the Phoenix Park. I've got an indoor kitty and often go away for weekends. I'd like to find someone who can call in and feed the cat while I'm away, friends have been doing it up to now. In the past I've used a pet minder service but I would be happier to pay someone local, maybe a student or teenager who could handily call in on shortish notice. Handily and shortish are words now.

If anyone knows someone in the area who would be suitable hit me up :)

There is a meetup.com group going for this very reason a few years now in Dublin.
I would link in with this network if I was going away a bit - or find a cattery you like.
I trusted a long term friend when I went over to London for a weekend, (ex) friend was not a cat fan, per se, he didn't 'love' them, if you know what I mean.
He managed to let them both escape and they were missing when I got back from the airport- only one came back. It was as bad as a death in the family. I contacted animal psychics and communicators in desperation but no luck. Just a cautionary tale that I would not wish on anyone.
