Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Great goal from Giroud. He gets a fair share of stick but he shows up and puts in a shift at least

    Walcott clinical, as always

Nice to see Theo get a goal too.

If it was going to be Arsenal, as a Watford fan, the game really couldn't have gone any better.

Arsenal look frail at the back and that they can get got at. If Watford can find their shooting boots on Sunday, they're in with a chance. Massive if though!
Don't need their "shooting boots" really. Load of times Hull were going through the middle with equal numbers but lacked the quality to create a chance.

Joel Campbell is actually quite good.

If I was Watford I wouldn't even turn up ;-)

I hope we have 11 players never mind anything else!

The only plus of the last few weeks is that we've seen a load of our players finally pick up goals.

Joel Campbell is actually quite good.

And he's going to get a full 90 minutes too.

Wenger must be very disappointed about that.

He needs space which there was none of in the first half

    Well taken goal from Theo.
Wonder if he'd have scored if it was nil nil.

It aint much of a achievement beating a bunch of chumps from the championship with the likes of Bruce of Meyler in the first 11 it says enough

How many teams are just going to give him that space???

It will only be there when the other team are chasing the game

Beat Watford at the weekend and we're back in Wembley already. Despite the recent bad run in the league that's impressive.

A little exciting, come on admit it!

Defeating the mighty Sunderland, Burnley and (eventually) Hull. Just the Titans of Watford between us and Wembley now!

Bit of a swagger now, nice to see

It might reflect badly on some players how noticeable Elneny legging it around the pitch is.

    Walcott again

Not lose to Sheffield Wednesday? Since a Wembley appearance is the priority. :P

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,678 ✭✭✭Marcus Antonius

Heh score doesn't really reflect the game but is nice to get a big win with Theo and Oliver picking up a brace each. If they could start to find a few in the league that'd be nice!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,819 ✭✭✭liam7831

Think its hard to be positive they have blown the best league chance in 10 years, from what iv seen in the last few games their spineless twats and iv been over twice the last 4 r 5 seasons

    Theo again ha ha.

I like the way Elneny doesn't mess around in the box, just get a clearance under pressure.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,500 ✭✭✭Drexel

good win in the end but at what cost.

It's pretty clear bitching is the priority.

One advantage of not paying WBA this weekend is that Cazorla could well be back when we do.

  • Registered Users Posts: 4,940 ✭✭✭omega man

Elneny and Gibbs were solid too.

Wenger will be delighted with the strikers scoring. A bit of sweating over injuries now.

Just seeing a big flag saying goodbye Wenger.....bad timing tonight

Hopefully the players and manager can stick that banner where the sun don't shine (figuratively)

 You got the champagne flowing then?

We won a game that we shouldn't have had to play if we were good enough in the first place, against a Championship team. Excuse me if I'm not going to sing from the rooftops about it.

Also, woooo! Ramsey and Gabriel off injured.

nope. i want that banner to be on display for every game until end of the season.

    ive had enough,

Sorry this win doesnt change anything.

The only thing that will change is if arsenal win every game from now till end of the season and win the league.

anything less and he needs to go

Beat Watford, don't lose on the night to Barca (we're obviously not going through) then I'll believe we are going to go on a good run. We've done it so many times before but we'll probably come up short title wise. Injuries key as usual though
