Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Somebody needs to have a shot, there's no space in the palace box to try walk the ball in.

It's ok but i'm not a fan of the stupid dark line down the centre.

That clip must be nearly 10 years old now... and it's still relevant!

I'm sick to the teeth of seeing Sanchez constantly losing the ball. Does he offer anything to the team rather than the random youtube pirouette or the (very) odd wonder goal?

Youre talking about him like he's Oxlade Chamberlain. Overly harsh imo.

Don't like to criticise, but have to agree with this. He drives me mental, right up there with Theo for players who wreck my head.

The atmosphere is atrocious there today, lots of empty seats too. Very depressing watching this inept display. And with Wenger saying we're still in the title race, and Leicester dropping points, you'd think they would have been fired up.

EDIT: Great ball from Danny, tidy finish from Alexis.

Point still stands though, we've been less than energetic... You won't see Spurs doing that tomorrow night. They'll be out like a shot!

Welbeck wins that back from nothing and plays a sublime ball for Sanchez. Well done sir.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,515 ✭✭✭✭MEGA BRO WOLF 5000

And what about this Ozil guy, never does anything...rubbish...never scores ect.

We aren't in it and haven't been for a long time, the players know it and the fans who haven't turned up do. We've been inept for a large portion of the season aside from the odd great game here or there. We are fighting for that 4th place trophy that Wenger seems to love.

    Alexis scores a lot of headers for a man who's 5' 6".

Understandable though from the fans, seasons finished, i can barely be bothered even watching this or the remaining games.

Arsenal have enough easy games left to get cl. nothing to get excited about, meaningless matches. Players know too

Bellerins final ball has been poor

Edit: bellerin in general has been poor

    Here comes the mercenary.

    Booooo!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 11,690 ✭✭✭✭Skylinehead

That was nearly fantastic, that quick free.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,342 ✭✭✭Bobby Baccala

That quick free kick would have been some goal. Ozil sees everything.

  • Registered Users Posts: 4,694 ✭✭✭emmetlego

Ozil really is a terrific footballer. His eye for a pass is incredible. Imagine his assists with a genuine class centre forward? That quick free kick there was so Bergkamp-esque!

    **Edit** Well said ^^^

Anyone else very uncomfortable as long as it's 1-0?? Be typical of that lanky yoke to score against us, wouldn't it?

It's Arsenal, 3-0 makes me uncomfortable.

I fully expect us to finish 5th this season.

Cech should've done much better tbf

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,342 ✭✭✭Bobby Baccala

Typical. Gabriel should have just taken adebayor out.

This is a poor palace team we should be whipping them.

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,009 ✭✭✭kronsington

    Here we fcuking go..

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 38,982 ✭✭✭✭eagle eye

I know you Arsenal fans will be giving out about that goal and looking for somebody to blame but Bolasie has a little bit of magic about him and it doesn't happen that often but he scores some great goals. I don't think Cech can do much about that. It's just unexpected and too quick imo.

The main problem is that we shouldn't only be up 1-0

Or maybe Nacho should have hit the volley at the other end seconds earlier

I had a sneaky punt on palace when we were 1-0 up.

    I mean...it's a no brainer.

Theo special there. What shall I do? Run into the nearest player.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,057 ✭✭✭FixitFelix

Walcott should not be getting any minutes

Change 'what's Wenger doing bringing Walcott on that early' to 'what's Wenger doing at all?!'

I think it's a chicken and the egg situation. You'd have to go a long way back to figure who taught who.

I would take it tbh, you would then surely see the toxic hazard leave the club

I dont give a crap what a persons opinion is on Wenger, but his persistance in playing Walcott and leaving Campbell out is mind boggling
