Nest – connection issue

    Hello

    Usually I control my Nest from mobile app, works fine most of the time.
    However, about once a day I’m getting msg “Offline, check your wifi”. I’ve tried to restart mobile and reboot router, does not work. Nest itself looks ok, wifi works with other apps on my mobile.

    In hour or two everything is fine again. During this hour its impossible to control Nest from mobile.

    How this issue can be resolved?
