So found out today I was duped by an eir sales agent (surprise surprise). Spoke to a guy called Noel on the web chat who informed me to make a complaint in order to get the call listened back to and advised me to ring 1901 - Rang 1901 and funnily enough for a communication company I was informed by an agent I must send my complaint in writing. I asked how long it will take to get a response - she replied "I dunno - but I am sure they will get back to you" reassuring NOT.

All the times I tell others that eir are not that bad and it must be a once off guess I was wrong.
