Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Notice that I am getting lower-middle back pain when doing incline bench presses even with lightish weights. Never any problems with flat bench. any reasons? am I doing something wrong?

Possibly moving your neck/head forward as it puts pressure on the spine I noticed that with incline hammer curl, tho I'm sure someone more knowledgeable will be along soon.
