Long Term Lease scheme

Hi guys, I'm currently considering leasing my house to Dublin City Council under their long term lease scheme. Can anyone recommend me a solicitor who would ideally have experience in dealing with the council -or in representing landlords in leasing arrangements. Any pointers or pm's would be appreciated.
