Phone no dial tone

    Hello

    our old landline phone today stopped working
    pick it up it has no dial tone
    the broadband is still working
    we tried connecting the phone directly to the line without the split er and still no tone

    I assume the phone is dead or is there any other things we can try

    Thanks for getting in touch. I would recommend contacting the faults department on 1901 and troubleshooting these issues.

    is 1901 the number to use via mobile ?
    since cant use the land line

    is 1901 the number to use via mobile ?
    since cant use the land line

    Yes you should be able to contact 1901 using your mobile.
