duplicate charge on statement yesterday, now blocked out of my account.

    Thank you for contacting us here on Boards.ie.

    When you log on to Banking 365 late in the day the system may be updating the account transactions, it can show duplicated transactions and the balance may appear to incorrect however the final balance will always be correct and will rectify once the system has updated.

    As you are locked out of Banking 365 Online you will need to call BOI Direct on 0818365365 to speak with a 
    representative in order to have you PIN unlocked.
