Suspect email from Eir

    I ordered a new package from Eir earlier today.
    I have now received a zip file by email from "admin" adm86 (at) eircom (dot) net
    No text just the file.
    Is this dodgy?

    Certainly sounds dodgy. Is it actually a .zip or is it a self-extracting zip (ie, a .exe). If the former it is safe to look inside, if the latter then it's defo a virus.

    Definitely  seems dodgy, I think it’s just coincidence it came in the same day I ordered from eir.

    I deleted it!
