    Morning

    By law do companies have to provide outplacement services (cv, interview skills etc) to staff leaving on a voluntary redundancy scheme?

    In short, no, but you can request it. Some companies will assist, but are not legally obliged to.

    Thank you. my company offered it but do not have it in place prior to my leaving which is very frustrating, so I was just wondering if it was law.
