Not put on correct introductory offer

    Hi,

    I signed up with Eir for a broadband package in January. The plan I signed up for was for €45 for the first 18 months and then €55 thereafter. 

    However on my recent bill it says that my introductory €10 discount is going to expire in April after only 3 months.

    I took a screenshot of the deal when I was signing up back in January which shows that it was to be discounted for 18 months - would someone be able to take a look at this for me and get me put on the correct introductory offer?
