Parking at/near Kylemore

Is there anywhere that has free/cheap parking near the Kylemore luas stop (a 10min walk away would be ok) for a full weekday, arriving around 8am?

Backup option is Red Cow P&R & Luas for one stop only but checking if there is something a bit more convenient

The Royal Liver business park (the one with Homebase) had a Luas park n ride facility at €4 per day. Opposite the Kylemore Luas stop.

Always looks fairly empty to me.

I haven't actually parked there, just driven past heading towards the Long mile road.
