Where can I get a company set up

    Hi,

    So the next questions in my series of questions - a cheap and good (can't be the best 'coz its cheap) way/company to set up my company. Any suggestions?
    Another question - who does the VAT registration? The formation company or the accountants?

    Unless you're working to a really, really, really tight budget I'd go and talk to one of the accountancy firms that specialises in IT contractors. They'll look after everything for you including the company/vat/tax/registrations/accounts etc.

    There wasn't much between them last time I looked and to be honest I'm not sure 'cheapest' is the best criteria when choosing someone to mind your finances.
