how can i download a 4OD stream to computer?

hi, i want to download a programme that is on 4OD at the minute. does anybody know if this is still doable? i used rtmpdump and rtmpserv but with no luck. i also downloaded it on an android device with the all4 app but have no way of getting at the file outside the app. is it possible to do this.
