iPhone 6s with Samsung chip overheating?

Question for the 6s owners with Samsung processors. Do they overheat more then usual? Question for the 6s owners with Samsung processors.
Do they overheat more then usual?
Reading a few reviews on sites and other boards about them overheating, and when I bought one a few months ago I noticed I did heat up a lot more then my iPhone 6, so it was sent back for a refund.
Few months later and I want to get one, but wanted to see if any other owners noticed any issues with their 6s's with Samsung processors.

I've had 3 6s models.

Two TSMC & one Samsung.

Never had issues with overheating but did notice better battery on TSMC. Not enough to be a big deal though.
