Billing Issue / Fault

    Hi I had logged a fault on the 26th Feb, and have received no call back regarding the status of the call. When I called the fault line nobody seems to know when it will be resolved or will pass me through to some one who can tell me when the "fault" will be rectified.

    I was told the fault fix time was 3 business days, yet here we are 12 days later and still no resolution. Can you help.
