I am travelling to Spain and need a mobile broadband dongle or mifi while there. I am totally confused by the options available to buy here and take with me especially since Meteor seem now be offering 1 GB to new PAYG Customers in advance of new EU Roaming changes. Could anyone recommend the best PAYG option to purchase…

Order a sim free Mifi device from Amazon.de, then pickup a spanish sim while there. Best value and most flexible option.
