Agnihotra has anyone ever praticed it

A few years ago i praticed Agnihotra and found it beneficial but unsure if the benifit were from praticing it or just the routine of the 2 daily meditations. It was a little difficult as Agnihotra needs to be praticed at sunrise and sunset and often these times were not convient for me and as my wife didnt want the fire…

Wondering if anyone else every practiced this.
