The camera I'm using is Sony DSC-HX20V.

It started making a buzzing noise a few months ago but it only happened now and again.

Every time I turn it on now, the buzzing noise is constant and doesn't go away. The problem I'm having is the photographs aren't in focus anymore. I'm not very well up on cameras. Would the buzzing noise be related to the taking of the photographs. I've gone through the settings and can't figure out what is wrong with it.

Any advice for a novice would be greatly appreciated.
