I use Thai Gold Organic Coconut Milk and it's delicious as fcuk. I used others but the organic milk in the can is unreal. Usually have it in smoothies with protein powder etc but I just heated a can of it on the stove there along with some bananas and left it to simmer for 5 minutes and it was a lovely dessert at 1am…
