    Hi guys,

    I just noticed this morning that I have been overcharged by Spar on my visa card on the 16 March. I rang the shop and they told me that if i have no receipt I need to give them an exact time when i was in the shop so they can look through the cctv and check for me.

    I looked at the statement and I dont see a time and I dont remember when exactly i was in the shop. Would anyone know where i can find out?

    Call your bank, they'll be able to give you more specifics on the transaction

    I rang them just there and the bank gave me the exact time and the authorisation code which is the same as what the shop will have as well
