stopping loading videos

Hey, this just starting in the last 2 days or so. Scrolling through facebook,every video seems to be loading up. I know about the settings on fb and have auto play set to 'off', i also went to chrome settings and changed to manually choose plug ins etc..still happening??any ideas? i'm on limited broadband per month so its…

You cant turn it off on a desktop, only on mobiles when not using wifi.

It is using data, many more times what you'd use if it wasn't enabled. To avoid this use https://m.facebook.com/ but its pretty shocking at this point. Enjoy.
