Waterford City Property

My daughter will be attending Waterford College from this September, with hopefully another to follow. We were thinking about purchasing a suitable small 2/3 bed house, not apartment, in a quiet residential area within Waterford City.Any thoughts on a suitable good areas in the price range of €70k within Waterford City?
Any suggestions re areas would be appreciated.

I wish i was joking saying Templers hall but for 85K for a 4 bedroom isn't that bad up there considering you would get at lest 750 + a month for the extra 3 bedrooms more or less will pay the loan on the house. Your close to WIT, Close to Tesco and less then 20 mins walk to the bus. Worse comes to worst if you cant sell the house after you could rent it.

Not a bad place as well right in the town near everything for 65K :eek:. Bad rating for Engry only problem

Rent is really cheap as well if you don't buy someone for your daughter
