Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

My Nexus 5, now over 2 years, old wont stay on*. Many of the places offering repairs online seem to concentrate on screen repairs. Anyone have any suggestions of where to get it repaired in Dublin?

*It first kept opening the camera button every time I pressed the power button, googling informed me that it was a common issue with the power button picking up one press as two. I turned off the setting that opened the camera with a double press of the power, but now it spontaneously turns off almost immediately after I open the screen (or after a while of leaving it alone). I backed it up and then factory reset it it, but it still turns off (many of those I found online who had the camera opening issue went on to have the powering off issue too)

I had something similair with mine last May where it was getting stuck in a bootloop. Rang Google Support and the RMA'd it for me as it's a software fault and I had a new (refurbished) one from them a few days later.

How old was yours and did you buy it directly from google? Mine is 2 years and 3 months old, and I bought it from Amazon at the time so it might not be covered. I'll give google a call and see what they can offer me though.
