Top up contract dongle

    Hi

    I have used up my dongle allowance, I am on a contract for 30gb.

    I rang customer support and they said ring 1747 which is not working.

    Are there any easy options to buy a top up?

    Also where do I print of vat invoices from

    Hi Silverbling, 

    To top up the dongle it would follow the same process as a mobile top up depending on the network of it. 

    If you register online you can print off these invoices.

    To top up the dongle it would follow the same process as a mobile top up depending on the network of it. 

    If you register online you can print off these invoices.

    It is the Huawi dongle, they said that there is a number to top up by credit card as the normal top up number is not for contracts

    I am having trouble registering too. I took the details off the contract
