    Amazing shot, been up there a few times and never knew it had a solar alignment.

    Does anybody know how much restoration was done in the 19th century because I remember being told that it was quiet significant

    It was described like this in 1837:
    "an immense circular heap of stones, with its gray fallen masonry scattered over the interior—no vestige of a wall, entrance passage, or central building.”
