Hi! I closed my BOI account a month back but I need a bank statement for that account. I got to know that I can order it by visiting my account holding branch. Just wanted to confirm is there any fee for that and if yes, what are the mode of payments for paying that fee?

    Good Morning dublinlad111,

Thank you for getting in contact with us here on Boards.ie and we're sorry to hear that you've closed your account.

To order a copy statement on the account you can call BOI Direct on 0818 365 365 and a representative will be happy to assist you. Once ordered, you can collect these at the branch. The charge for copy statement fees is E3.80 for the 1st page of a statement and E2.50 for every subsequent page after that.

If you still have an active Bank of Ireland account we can apply the fees to this alternatively, you can pay on the day of collection in the branch.

I hope this helps and if you need anything else, please don't hesitate to contact us again.

    Thanks,
    Elaine
