Are you referring to the Olympic 25 gig on the same night mate, nothing we can do about that, we announced this a full month before that gig was announced to be fair, such is the demand for Slipmatt we had to book him in January a good 6 months in advance, he's always booked up well in advance such is his popularity and with good reason too.

The Olympic gig will undoubtedly be good although probably not as amazing the Sides 25 gig it'll take a lot to beat that, it will sell out though and credit again to Mark Kavanagh for putting another night on he knows how to put some great parties on and he is undoubtedly the king of old skool in Dublin, but in June last year both a celebration of red and the asylum gigs were on the same night and both sold out,no reason why it cant happen again.

It depends on what your looking for, for big anthems all night the Olympic 25 gig is the one you want, if you want to see one of the most legendary Rave DJ's of all time play a very rare Acid House set supported by some of Dublin's finest then Flashback is where it's at, we focus more on the underground rave scene, you wont hear many anthems at Flashback, that is not what we are about and never will be, sick to death hearing the same anthems time and time again, theres so much more to old skool that the same 20/30 tunes you hear all the time at many old skool nights, we focus on Acid House and Hardcore but you'll probably hear Pat Hyland drop some old skool Techno on the night.

    ;)

ive no idea mate maybe certain dates to get the button factory for Olympic 25 were only available or something, all i know is we announced this in January a good 6 months before the gig so you cant say fairer than that.

As i said 2 different nights, if you want anthems all night the Olympic is the one you want, if you want Underground Acid House and Hardcore then Flashback is the place to be.
