Decent gel nails in Dublin ???

    I'm sure this has been exhausted but I'm finding it hard to find somewhere. I've had so many botch jobs in the past that I'd like to step into a salon or nail bar and know that they will give me a decent set of nails, not mad long, and not lumpy, if you know what I mean. Any advice appreciated.

    Not sure where you're based but my mam and sister get theirs done regularly in a place in Swords (Studio J) and swear by the owner doing them. They pay a bit more to request her but say its definitely worth it.

    Dancing queen I have been getting gel nails for years. I am only familiar with south Dublin. I only ever get CND gel on my names. I would highly recommend minx in donnybrook http://www.mink.ie and emilia in stylistics in loughlinstown.

    There is a newish place in stillorgan shopping centre, it looks fab and they use CND too but don't know anyone who has gotten their nails done there. http://www.annaschu.ie

    Also there is a girl in Joseph Kramer in stillorgan she doesn't use CND but I have seen her work and it is great. I think her name is also emilia.

    I got mine done 3 weeks ago in Lucky Star, Churchtown Road, just opposite The Bottle Tower pub.
    Only €40 and they turned out excellent; I got the full 3 weeks out of them too..I can only see the "joins" in the last few days.
