I've found a ton of other VHI docs which refer to the "Vhi Healthcare Schedule of Benefits for Professional Fees", but can't find a link to the document itself.

Alternatively, I'm trying to find a particular procedure code - I've managed to find a list of procedures for a different insurer, if the codes are common between all of them then that might do me. Is that the case?

No, I emailed them asking for it and they ignored it, then sent me a message a month later telling me my query had been resolved. :rolleyes:
