Saddle for a Child on a Horse

Looking for ideas for what to do with a Child riding a Horse. My Saddle is way to big for her - and the small kincade kids saddles are too small for the horse. Any suggestions for something that will fit both Child and Horse horse is 15.2HH and Child is 7 YO and about 4ft tall.

What seat size is your own saddle?
Could you try a similar make saddle but just a smaller seat size, like 16' or 15' if they make it?
