    Hi,

Has anybody entered into one of these? I am already in a farm partnership with my father but this farm succession partnership seems like a great idea for us both. I have no idea how you go about creating this as I can't find much details online. I guess I would need to speak with my teagasc advisor first?

    thanks!

AFAIK that succession scheme hasn't opened yet, I am open to correction in that though.

It seems like a good scheme allowing a 5k tax credit year on year and phasing in a succession plan.

The land mobility service is a great place to start to get the ball moving and the conversation started.
