Dead pony on Bothar na dTreabh this morning

    I was passing this morning at 8 when I saw this. The gardai were on scene and there were a few (seemingly undamaged) cars stopped. It was up near the Tuam road junction, just after that entrance into the field off the road, where there are horses.

    I assume it was one of the horses from that field.

    Poor old thing. Horrible sight to see him all in a pile like that.

    It looked that way, but I couldn't see any damaged vehicles. There was no glass on the road or anything.
