    Met Eireann will issue an orange warning for tomorrow for thunderstorms with in excess of 50mm in some places with local flooding possible.

    Rainfall Warning for High risk warning especially for midland, west and northwest areas
    Intense thunderstorms occurring on Bank Holiday Monday. Slippy roads, poor visibility, and local flooding will lead to treacherous driving conditions.

    Convective weather have a forecast out too. Slim pickings really the nw to benefit is anything. There is a risk of some imports if things get going in wales.

    RTE radio sport coverage of the hurling in Mullingar mentioned a big thunderstorm around 3.15 ahead of throw-in.

    I really could do with a bit of a downpour to fill my water tanks here, am watching a "blob" on radar just south of Carrick on Shannon which looks heavy and is hopefully in line with me, I hope it lasts.
