## Trailer lights problem ##

my lights on my trailer don't work when I turn on my lights in my jeep. But the indicators, flashers,brake lights work when the jeep lights are turned off. What causes this hope someone can help.

Could be a bad earth. Check the white wire - pin 3 on the plug.

I'd start with the ground too. Usually the chassis bond needs some love from a wire wheel or re-terminating.
I expect you'd have at least two to deal with, big one to the battery and a lesser from the tail light loom.
