Think you get them if someone swaps you a sticker from that team.

I signed up once the OP posted the thread, I've opened the two packs everyday, done plenty of swapping and completed a few challenges and have only completed one team.

Sorry I mean the sticker that's just the outline of the country of France, it's on its own on the page before the fan stickers

Have you got a mountain of swaps so? I started 2 days after the OP put up the link and finished a week ago. Certainly didn't do anything special to achieve this!

Just do a swap requesting an Italian player and when the swap goes through, you should get the fan sticker

I've already got all the players I need, didn't realise I was missing that fan sticker. Can't seem to request any more duplicates either so I can't use my swaps.

I'm that sad that I'm doing a second album. I haven't got the Italy fan sticker yet so I'll request an Italian swap there now and send it your way when I get it. If you set up a swap group I'll join it. Could be later today before I get the swap obviously enough!

Can't set up a public swap either. Thinking back, i'm pretty sure I swapped Italian stickers. I wonder do you get the fan sticker when you swap with a person from that country rather than the sticker itself?

IIRC, you just get one the first time you swap for a sticker from that team.

Ya that's my understanding of it!

I'd a few random spares, so I added them to swap for either Portugal or Spain as I don't have either of there fan stickers. Got Jordi Alba in return for one of my random guys and got a Spanish Fan Sticker with it.
