    Super lactase enzyme, lactase pills.

So i'm lactose intolerant and i've purchased this bottle and it mentions on the label:
    1 softgel capsule contains 7,312 FCC units , 125mg

Online while i visit the website and look up the product it says:

    3 softgel capsules contain 5,250 FCC units , 375mg

So i'm not sure which is the right one, tried it myself with one capsule and doesn't work great but with 3 its fine, thats my usage though and doesn't represent the people who use it, can anyone help please? :(

The units calculation makes no sense for any scale at all on the website - more active ingredient being less units - so I'd be willing to discount the website data as completely faulty.

If wiki is to be believed the website info is correct, which surprises me.

Labels on lactase bottles often differ to make comparison difficult. Here's a first stab at a table, which should eventually be posted to the main article.

    375 mg = 5,250 FCC units
    200 LAC = ???
    1 Lac. U. = 1 ALU = 1 FCC unit.
It is more difficult to give an exact equivalence between milligrams (mg) and FCC units, but 125 mg should be sufficient as several companies list it as equal to 1750 FCC units.

    Other sites say the same.

Thanks so much for taking your time and researching it, appreciate it a lot, so basically 3 capsules is only around 5,000FCC mark and 1 capsule is worthless..
