    Hi,


    I have a 350m² site,

    I'm looking to get PP for 1350m² over 5 floors in Dublin city center.

    Looking to obtain planning only so as to avoid the vacant site tax if it is enacted.

    What's the best/cheapest way to do this.

    Large city centre site. You need a detailed design that will be accepted by DCC. sounds about right.
