Is there any short cut from Wicklow Railway Station to the Port Road, specifically the new Wicklow Primary Care Centre?

I looked on google maps and the 'short cut' (such as it is) is actually no shorter than the way that google maps would direct you.

But, it is a nicer walk, so perhaps no harm.

After you leave the train station walk down the road 100m & you will see a lane-way on the left, as shown below...

This will take you back across the railway bridge alongside the track heading north & to the Murrough Car park.... from there you are back onto the port road & onwards to the clinic.

The main route as denoted by Google maps is fine... but be sure to cross to the opposite side of the road at the main junction of station road... reason being is that taking a right here will soon run out of footpath!

There was talk of access being made to the train station just above the health care centre on right hand side the station is just there.

Not sure if there is a unoffical way in across the field through the ditch into station.
